I can't access the 1-Panel, 4-PanelManga, 2-Panel etcetc I can't access tones either. Like for example, I click "Panel Materials" under "Panel" on the beginner's assistant. but tones, panels, or balloons won't show up.

In a sec thought, i just downloaded all 3 parts, and i openned 3rd part first since i downlaoded that first, and there was nothing in the rar file.
